Salary: Up to £55,000 basic | OTE £70,000–£75,000
Work Pattern: Only 1 weekend in 3

On behalf of our client, a prestigious and design-led luxury housebuilder, we are recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Manager to lead sales operations across exclusive residential developments in the Yorkshire region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated sales professional with a strong background in new homes to join a high-performing, customer-focused business that delivers exceptional properties and a premium buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day sales operations across multiple luxury developments
  • Drive performance and meet sales targets through effective team leadership and pipeline management
  • Deliver a professional and tailored customer journey, from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Build strong working relationships with internal departments including construction, marketing, and customer care
  • Produce regular sales reports and market feedback for senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the new homes industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A deep understanding of the residential sales process, particularly in the new build sector
  • Flexibility to travel across Yorkshire and occasionally work weekends (1 in 3 rota)
