I’m Amanda Bradley—a passionate talent strategist, proud mother of two energetic boys, and owner of an equally lively Labrador. After nearly two decades working with construction and infrastructure companies—from FTSE 100 giants to dynamic SMEs—I founded Chrysalis to redefine the way businesses attract, develop, and retain talent.
